If you come in from the Romsey side turning into Upton Lane opposite the Golf Course, the postcode puts you further up the road outside the Southern Electric building.

With the Southern Electric Building on your right hand side, continue down the hill, past the horse fields, under a bridge.

When you get to Grove Place I am the very next driveway on the right.

If you come in from the B&Q side as you turn right into Upton Lane going over the railway bridge, I am the second driveway on the Left.

If the gates are closed push the buzzer marked Seamstress, park at the top of the driveway near the fields.
